Associate Broker, Industrial

Responsibilities

• Drive business development through extensive cold calling, face-to-face prospecting, and client outreach
• Focus on industrial tenant representation, specifically targeting 3PL and logistics companies in the Inland Empire
• Conduct market research to track industry trends, historical data, and submarket comparables
• Perform financial modeling and analysis to support property valuations and client needs
• Create and organize detailed databases for tenant pursuits and proactively schedule meetings
• Assist in building tours, preparing client presentations, drafting proposals, and report preparation
• Maintain daily interaction with existing and prospective clients to build long-term relationships

Requirements

• Fluency in spoken Mandarin is required to communicate with the target client base
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
• Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in Excel
• General understanding of CRM software and tools
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial real estate, logistics, supply chain, or B2B sales
• Proven leadership, sales, and negotiating skills
• An entrepreneurial drive and a dedication to high-level client service
