Associate Broker - Commercial Real Estate

Responsibilities

• Engage in prospecting through cold calling and various resources to identify new leads
• Research new leads to uncover, identify, and connect within target markets
• Collaborate with the marketing and analytics team to create tailored proposals
• Participate in client meetings and presentations
• List and promote multifamily properties
• Cultivate relationships with influential decision-makers

Requirements

• Real estate Salesperson/Broker license required or obtainable within 30 days
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Commercial Real Estate knowledge preferred
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic
• Critical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong client service mindset
