Associate Broker, Casualty

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with brokers to provide strategic market placement and seamless service for commercial accounts.
• Evaluate submissions from retail insurance brokers to identify risk exposures and required coverage.
• Analyze risk exposures and use independent judgment to place business with optimal insurance carriers.
• Secure quotes, negotiate optimal terms and pricing, and manage the placement process.
• Drive revenue growth and business development through outbound calls and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Act as a key liaison between insurance markets and retail agencies to address client needs.
• Maintain meticulous account management by ensuring all necessary documentation is attached to policies.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty license.
• 2+ years of experience in Casualty insurance within Wholesale Brokerage, Commercial Insurance Sales, or Underwriting.
• Proficiency using ImageRight and/or AIM.
