Associate Brand & Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Support and manage assigned platform product segments by implementing short-term and long-term marketing plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams to innovate products and marketing plans to drive sustainability and profitability.
• Execute programs and initiatives including new product launches, pricing, packaging, advertising, and retail programs.
• Collect and analyze market and category data, including competitive positioning and market share, to influence strategic plans.
• Conduct secondary research and analyze syndicated data to support platform initiatives and strategic recommendations.
• Provide tactical execution for the global new product process and commercialization.
• Manage budgets and coordinate cross-functional team activities to ensure executional excellence.

Requirements

• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in CPG, the toy industry, or consumer marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in a business field, preferably with a concentration in Marketing.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Resourceful, results-driven, and an innovative thinker.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree.
