Associate Brand Manager, Snacks

Responsibilities

• Support the National Brand team for Mission, Calidad, and Guerrero snack offerings with a focus on innovation development and tactical execution
• Develop innovation strategy and pipeline priorities across the snacks portfolio to support brand positioning
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination from concept to launch
• Analyze brand and category performance using syndicated data and internal reporting to drive decision-making
• Support brand positioning and communication strategies through insight-driven decision making
• Develop and execute in-store programming, innovation launch plans, and marketing support
• Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, and Operations to drive commercialization and strong execution
• Manage assigned marketing budgets effectively and track performance against objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related CPG roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Irving, TX
• Willingness to travel up to 5%
