Associate Brand Manager, Omnichannel Growth

Responsibilities

• Own eCommerce content execution across Amazon, brand.com, and retailer PDPs to drive conversion
• Lead development of A+ content, brand stores, and digital shelf assets for Dove and Dove Men+Care
• Execute retailer display programs, shelf strips, and shopper-facing assets for both online and in-store environments
• Partner with customer teams to develop best-in-class special packs and club packs
• Manage end-to-end projects by coordinating with creative agencies, legal, R&D, supply chain, and media teams
• Drive demand generation through Dove.com content planning and consumer sampling activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4+ years of experience in Brand or Integrated Marketing
• Social-first mindset with a deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and the creator economy
• Content creation background, ideally within haircare or the beauty/wellness category
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable business insights from data
• Excellent project management and communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders
