Associate Brand Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of global innovation and growth initiatives for the NUK brand.
• Act as a key liaison between the global team and regional/country markets to ensure brand strategy and marketing plans are properly adapted.
• Manage multiple brand projects, including leading the packaging design process for new item launches.
• Lead the development of core brand assets and marketing content for global distribution.
• Partner with central marketing teams to deploy advertising campaigns that can be adopted locally.
• Analyze consumer data and the competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations for driving market share.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key findings to the Brand Manager and senior management.
• Ensure global consistency in executing Visual Brand Language (VBL) across all branded elements.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree.
• 2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Fluency in English.

• Demonstrated ability to function as a business owner and deliver results.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
