Associate Brand Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of global innovation and growth initiatives for the EXPO brand.
• Act as a key liaison between the global team and regional/country markets to ensure brand strategy and marketing plans are properly adapted.
• Manage multiple brand projects, ensuring delivery is on time and in full.
• Lead the development of core brand assets and the packaging design process for new item launches.
• Partner with central marketing teams to deploy global advertising and marketing campaigns.
• Analyze consumer data and the competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations for driving share growth.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key findings to the Brand Manager and senior management.
• Contribute to post-mortem analyses to identify growth opportunities for future product launches.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree.
• 2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• English fluency.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
