Responsibilities
- Lead commercialization of innovation projects, partnering with cross functional teams to build best-in-class products
- Lead packaging artwork process for new items and product renovations
- Partner with consumer insights team to design and implement studies to inform brand and innovation priorities
- Oversee Body Fortress organic social strategy and content
- Support building breakthrough integrated marketing campaigns with emphasis on digital, social media, and in-store execution
- Assist in portfolio performance optimization and management of product assortment
- Manage brand marketing budget successfully and accurately
- Monitor external category and competitive market dynamics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management
- Proven ability to analyze business and develop strategies that drive results
- Understanding of full product development and innovation philosophy
- Consumer-first mindset in developing brand communication strategies
- Ability to drive results in a complex system with high ownership
