About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up final design files for distribution
- Develop versions of design files and brand assets for different stakeholders
- Manage updates and distribution of brand assets and templates
- Organize and maintain design files in collaboration with the Digital Asset Manager
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of LA28 Brand Guidelines
- Support milestone-specific guidelines such as pictograms, mascots, and medals
- Advise on best practices and optimizations throughout design projects
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of in-house or agency experience
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
- Meticulous eye for accuracy, typography, and design consistency
- Strong design portfolio showcasing print and digital standards, color theory, and editorial principles
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of brand identity systems, toolkits, and guidelines
- Proficient layout design skills and file versioning
- Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Passion for sports branding and the Olympic & Paralympic movement
