About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and set up final design files for distribution
  • Develop versions of design files and brand assets for different stakeholders
  • Manage updates and distribution of brand assets and templates
  • Organize and maintain design files in collaboration with the Digital Asset Manager
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of LA28 Brand Guidelines
  • Support milestone-specific guidelines such as pictograms, mascots, and medals
  • Advise on best practices and optimizations throughout design projects

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of in-house or agency experience
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
  • Meticulous eye for accuracy, typography, and design consistency
  • Strong design portfolio showcasing print and digital standards, color theory, and editorial principles
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of brand identity systems, toolkits, and guidelines
  • Proficient layout design skills and file versioning
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Passion for sports branding and the Olympic & Paralympic movement
