Associate BP&A Analyst

Responsibilities

• Capture, analyze, forecast, and report financial and operational data to support the organization.
• Own cash flow reporting, analysis, and forecasting, including operational cash flow and working capital dynamics.
• Assist in the development of Cash Flow Statements for actuals, forecasts, and the annual Business Plan.
• Conduct analysis of key drivers, variance analyses, and sensitivity modeling.
• Maintain or develop financial models to support the monitoring of KPIs and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Refining/Commercial, Accounting, and Tax teams to gather necessary financial information.
• Identify and propose process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP (specifically BW and Group Reporting).
• Experience with Right-Angle software.
