Associate Boutique Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the boutique team to sell clothes, deliver world-class experiences, and build loyal client relationships
• Create an optimal balance of sales and service by ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time
• Own or escalate critical details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations to ensure an exceptional shopping experience
• Manage day-to-day retail team performance to support business objectives and enable progressive career development
• Collaborate with Business Support partners to lead department functions in support of corporate objectives
