Responsibilities

• Lead the boutique team to drive sales, deliver world-class shopping experiences, and build loyal client relationships
• Manage the daily balance of sales and service by ensuring optimal staffing levels and placement
• Oversee invisible details across people, clients, product, space, risk, and operations to ensure an exceptional boutique environment
• Manage day-to-day retail team performance to meet business objectives and support progressive career development
• Collaborate with Business Support partners to execute corporate objectives and maintain high-performing store operations
