Associate Boutique Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to sell clothes, deliver world-class experiences, and build loyal client relationships
• Create an optimal balance of sales and service by managing floor coverage and staffing
• Own or escalate operational details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations
• Manage day-to-day retail team performance to support business objectives and career development
• Collaborate with Business Support partners to lead department functions in support of corporate objectives
