Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct investment due diligence, financial review, and modeling to support decision-making
• Prepare comprehensive materials for investment committee review
• Assist in executing investments by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate and close transactions
• Perform extensive market research on potential investments, industries, sectors, and emerging themes
• Synthesize data from multiple sources to craft effective presentations regarding project outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Financial Analysis, or a related field
• Two years of experience in a Consultant, Analyst, or Associate role
• Proficiency in financial projections and modeling using Microsoft Excel
• Experience with quantitative and econometric analysis, including regression and risk modeling
• Expertise in valuation techniques, including discounted cash flow (DCF) and comparables analysis
• Experience performing stress-testing and sensitivity analysis for financial models
• At least one year of industry research experience in niche sectors such as fintech, agtech, or blockchain
