Associate – Banking Payments

Responsibilities

• Perform daily allocation of payments received in offshore and onshore bank accounts
• Investigate received funds and coordinate with Client Relationship Management teams for timely allocation
• Monitor and record outstanding items for reporting purposes
• Inform bank reconciliation teams regarding money movements across various bank accounts
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance requirements regarding money movements and customer assets
• Maintain best practice standards in the protection of client monies and customer assets

Requirements

• B.Com or an equivalent bachelor's degree from a recognized university
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet strict deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GFAS, Autorek, or Composer
