Associate Banking Advisor

Responsibilities

• Assist Portfolio Banking Advisors and Relationship Advisors with client portfolios and internal account administration
• Manage a portfolio of clients and prepare credit presentations for the Group Credit Committee
• Coordinate with Account Managers and CSST on deposit-related transactions, including account opening, payments, and borrowing
• Execute daily client transaction activity and resolve inquiries to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Obtain and maintain necessary documentation for credit underwriting, monitoring, and file maintenance
• Review loan documents, submit requests for evaluation, and assist with loan closings
• Monitor compliance requirements, prepare compliance certificates, and review reports for adherence to policy
• Identify process improvements and service efficiency enhancements to optimize client servicing
• Act as a technical resource or mentor to junior-level employees

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial servicing or accounting fields with a client servicing background
• Formal credit training is required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience performing credit analysis and underwriting
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
