Associate Banker

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts while complying with all regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening to their needs and introducing them to specialized experts.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATMs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (reading and speaking) is required.
• Previous client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn banking products, services, and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and resolve client issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong desire and ability to influence and connect customers to technology solutions.
• Previous experience with cash handling.
