Associate Banker

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while complying with all regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM usage.
• Build meaningful client relationships by actively listening, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATMs.

Requirements

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and demonstrate genuine care for clients.
• Strong communication skills to engage clients and anticipate their needs.
• High attention to detail to resolve client issues effectively and accurately.
• Ability to quickly learn new products, services, and banking procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong desire and ability to influence and connect customers to technology solutions.
• Previous cash handling experience.
