Associate Banker

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby traffic
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts
• Educate clients on using digital self-service options like the Chase Mobile App and ATMs
• Build client relationships by sharing product knowledge and solutions
• Perform branch operations including managing cash devices and the cash vault

Requirements

• Client service experience or comparable experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Cash handling experience
• Ability to influence and connect customers to technology solutions
