Associate Banker

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts while complying with regulatory requirements
• Educate clients on using digital tools like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs
• Build client relationships by listening to needs and introducing them to financial experts
• Perform branch operations including managing cash devices, vaults, and ATMs

Requirements

• Ability to deliver attentive and friendly client service
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail
• Capacity to learn products, services, and procedures quickly
• Client service experience or comparable experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to influence and connect customers to technology solutions
• Cash handling experience
