Associate Banker

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby traffic using digital tools
• Provide exceptional account servicing, maintenance, and assistance with opening new accounts
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM usage
• Build meaningful client relationships by actively listening and sharing relevant product knowledge
• Perform essential branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous client service experience or comparable professional experience
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn new products, services, and banking procedures
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients politely and professionally
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and a focus on teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong desire and ability to influence and connect customers to technology solutions
• Previous experience with cash handling
