Associate Banker

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby traffic using digital tools.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences through account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts.
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM usage.
• Build meaningful client relationships by actively listening to their needs and sharing relevant product knowledge.
• Perform essential branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATMs.
• Comply with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (reading and speaking) is required.
• Previous experience in client service or a comparable role.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn new products, services, and banking procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and resolve client issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong desire and ability to influence and educate customers on technology solutions.
• Previous experience with cash handling.
