About the role
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings.
- Assist with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts while complying with all regulatory requirements.
- Educate clients on digital banking solutions, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM usage.
- Build meaningful client relationships by actively listening and sharing relevant product knowledge.
- Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATMs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience in client service or a comparable role.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and demonstrate genuine care for clients.
- Strong communication skills to engage clients and anticipate their needs.
- High attention to detail and the ability to resolve client issues effectively.
- Ability to quickly learn new products, services, and banking procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong desire to influence and connect customers to digital technology solutions.
- Previous experience with cash handling.
