Associate Banker

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts while complying with all regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening to needs and introducing them to specialized experts.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATMs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (reading and speaking) is required.
• Proven experience in client service or a comparable role.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with cash handling.
• Strong desire to influence and connect customers to digital technology solutions.
