Associate Banker - Healthcare Services

Responsibilities

• Proactively pursue and grow new client relationships within the emerging middle market healthcare delivery sector
• Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding treasury and credit services
• Serve as a conduit to the full range of J.P. Morgan Chase capabilities and resources for prospects and existing clients
• Stay informed on industry trends to identify strategic partnership and innovation opportunities
• Drive operational efficiency by leveraging technical infrastructure and automation

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar banking role or credit/lending related field
• Strong understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines under pressure

• Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training
• Demonstrated expertise in sales management and business development
• Strong creative problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work proactively in a fast-paced environment
