Associate Banker

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects by identifying needs and providing financial advice.
• Act as a lobby leader to guide customers through digital and self-serve banking options.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend personal banking, credit card, and investment solutions.
• Collaborate with branch partners to identify referral opportunities and grow customer relationships.
• Support operational activities including inventory management, customer applications, and opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all risk, legal, and regulatory policies to safeguard customer assets and privacy.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a retail banking or similar environment.
• Experience in consultative customer service or sales roles.
• Proficiency with digital tools, including smartphones, tablets, and online banking applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connections with customers.
• Proven problem-solving aptitude and the ability to respond flexibly to new challenges.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
