Associate Banker

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to customers by identifying needs and providing advice on financial solutions and digital banking options
• Act as a lobby leader to guide customers through the branch and recommend alternative digital or self-serve banking channels
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify opportunities for personal banking, credit cards, and investment referrals
• Execute customer transactions seamlessly and support branch operational activities such as inventory management and application follow-ups
• Follow all risk and compliance processes to safeguard customer assets and maintain privacy
• Maintain current knowledge of personal banking products, trends, and the regulatory environment

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role
• Experience in consultative customer service or sales environments
• Proficiency with digital tools, including smartphones, tablets, and online banking applications
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connections with customers
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and the ability to respond flexibly to new challenges
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
