Associate Audio Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as primary FOH Audio Engineer for CCV’s High School experience at the broadcast campus
• Serve as Audio Engineer (A1, A2, Broadcast) at CCV Campuses and events as assigned
• Ensure production environments are patched, clean, labeled, programmed, and weekend ready
• Assist in maintaining audio systems to ensure they are functional, up to date, and clean
• Coach, train, and support volunteers and contractors
• Communicate with Event Coordinators to determine production and media needs
• Assist in implementing production designs, campus launches, and systems upgrades

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a live production environment
• Technical competency in console management and audio systems
• Experience mixing FOH, MON, or Broadcast in a live music environment
• Proficiency in wireless coordination and basic audio networking protocols
• Ability to manage patch lists and troubleshoot audio systems
• Alignment with CCV character and spiritual values

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Avid ecosystem (S6L, Profile, SC48)
• Experience with Shure wireless systems
• Experience with L’Acoustics systems
• Experience with Waves plug-ins and Smaart software
