About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a docket of workers' compensation cases from intake through resolution
- Prepare clients for depositions, attend depositions, and handle related invoicing
- Respond to client inquiries requiring attorney negotiations and move matters toward resolution
- Handle incoming emails and phone calls promptly
- Provide direction and guidance to non-attorney staff as needed
- Participate in team events and provide feedback to improve client service
Requirements
- Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
- Must reside in the state of California
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Doctors' deposition experience preferred
