About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a docket of workers' compensation cases from intake through resolution
- Prepare clients for depositions, attend depositions, and process invoicing
- Respond to client inquiries requiring attorney negotiation and drive matters toward resolution
- Provide direction to paralegals and support staff as needed
- Participate in team events and provide feedback to improve client service
Requirements
- Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
- Must reside in California
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctors' deposition experience
