Associate Attorney, Workers' Compensation

Responsibilities

• Managing a docket of cases to resolution
• Preparing clients for depositions and attending depositions
• Invoicing depositions
• Responding to client inquiries and conducting attorney negotiations
• Providing direction and guidance to non-attorneys
• Participating in team events and providing management feedback

Requirements

• 3+ years of Workers' Compensation experience
• Must be admitted to the California State Bar
• Must reside in Northern California
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with doctors' depositions
