Associate Attorney, Workers' Compensation

Responsibilities

• Managing a docket of cases to resolution
• Preparing clients for depositions and attending depositions
• Invoicing depositions
• Responding to client inquiries and negotiating matters towards resolution
• Responding to incoming emails and phone calls
• Providing direction and guidance to non-attorneys
• Participating in team events and providing feedback to management

Requirements

• Must be California State Barred
• Must reside in the state of California
• Comfortable with fast-paced work environments
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be in good standing with the California State Bar

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctors' deposition experience
