Associate Attorney

Responsibilities

• Handle complex civil defense matters including catastrophic injury, product liability, wrongful death, and premises claims
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and oral advocacy
• Manage discovery processes and conduct depositions
• Appear in court and assist with case strategy and trial preparation

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in California
• At least 3 years of experience in civil defense litigation
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Proven experience in discovery and motion practice
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
