Associate Attorney

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants on transactional and real estate matters.
• Draft and prepare contracts, commercial and residential lease agreements, and other essential transactional materials.
• Support business clients with entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational structuring.
• Review and analyze legal documents, including covenants and shareholder agreements, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Assist with litigation and trial preparation by collaborating with senior attorneys to prepare evidence and presentations.

Requirements

• 1 to 3+ years of experience in the legal field.
• Law degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Missouri.
• Working knowledge of state and federal laws and procedures.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
