Associate Attorney

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload including products liability, medical malpractice, trucking/transportation, and general commercial litigation
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Draft pleadings, options, and other legal documents
• Communicate regularly with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel to ensure matters are progressing efficiently

Requirements

• 2-3 years of litigation experience
• Strong interest in litigation and active case handling
• Exceptional responsiveness and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
