Associate Attorney

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of workers’ compensation matters from inception through resolution
• Handle discovery, depositions, mediations, and related litigation tasks
• Review medical records and assist with fact development and case strategy
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
• Maintain accurate and timely billing to manage workload and case flow efficiently
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure consistent, high-quality work product

Requirements

• 2–3 years of litigation experience
• Experience in personal injury or matters involving medical records and damages analysis is strongly valued
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently while being open to feedback and supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Workers' compensation experience
