About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and litigate cases both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Prepare and respond to discovery
- Draft briefs and motions
- Work in the office 3-4 days a week to foster collaboration and learning
- Engage in trial preparation and potentially attend trials alongside senior attorneys
Requirements
- 1-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in civil law
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
