Associate Attorney

Responsibilities

• Manage work independently after training
• Collaborate with Shareholders to manage a high-exposure practice
• Write reports and briefs, take depositions, and handle discovery
• Attend court regularly
• Engage in trial preparation and trial in state and federal courts

Requirements

• 3 years of civil defense litigation experience strongly preferred
• Eager to learn and open to coaching and training
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Detail-oriented and curious
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
