Associate Athletic Director for Compliance

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement systems and technologies to facilitate an efficient athletics compliance program
• Educate student-athletes, coaches, and staff on compliance requirements regarding financial aid, recruitment, and registration
• Assist in the investigation and processing of all Conference and NCAA violations
• Provide clearance for official visits, physicals, and term employment for student-athletes
• Manage athletic department operations, including budget coordination, facilities, and strategic planning
• Manage vendor contracts for away game travel and oversee the department's social media and web strategy
• Supervise the department's administrative assistant

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of one (1) year of professional work experience with NCAA or SIAC athletic compliance rules and regulations
• Proficiency in NCAA Compliance Assistance software applications
• Strong skills in data collection and analysis for compliance reporting
• Excellent program, project, and budget management skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a diverse community
