Associate - Asset & Wealth Management - Audit

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist audit engagements covering Asset & Wealth Management functions, including risk assessment, planning, and testing.
• Perform control evaluations, document work papers, and draft audit reports.
• Utilize advanced technology and data-driven methods to streamline audit work and improve quality.
• Collaborate with global Audit colleagues and business stakeholders to ensure seamless audit coverage.
• Manage audit timelines and budgets while adhering to professional standards and consistent methodologies.
• Verify the closure of identified issues and follow up on remediation efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum MBA degree.
• 7+ years of experience in a financial services firm or bank, specifically with an audit or risk/control background.
• Proficiency in risk assessment, issue/impact analysis, and executive report preparation.
• Ability to lead audits and execute work effectively within a matrix organization and team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex issues to senior management.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 10%) as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) designation.
• Direct experience and exposure to Asset Management and/or Wealth Management business lines.
