Associate, Architecture

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Assist Design Director or Project Manager in coordinating the design team to deliver high-quality concepts
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers
• Oversee the development of design presentations, reports, and client submission materials
• Support clients during project initiation, approvals, and permitting processes
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture or a related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in architectural design
• Experience with international projects and ability to conduct discussions in English
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing small design teams
• Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-assisted rendering tools
• Strong knowledge of architectural design standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements
• Mandatory portfolio demonstrating representative project experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture
• Experience in Residential, Office, Hospitality, Commercial, or Public Building sectors
• Experience in basement planning, site master planning, and general layout design
• Proven experience in architectural design competitions and bidding processes
• Award-winning project experience
