Associate Architect Engineer

Responsibilities

• Produce CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, and construction documents for architectural or interior design tasks
• Utilize technical manuals to ensure compliance with required codes and standards
• Compile data and perform dimensional and routine calculations for design layouts
• Research and develop design and product solutions for presentation
• Inspect architectural or interior design features on project sites and record conditions
• Interface with project team members to meet shared deadlines and goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 0–2 years of relevant experience on residential projects in Saudi Arabia
• Working knowledge of architectural and interior design standards, practices, and techniques
• Demonstrated proficiency in sketching, rendering, model-building, and presentation drawing
• Proficiency in CAD and other PC software packages associated with architectural design
