Associate Animator

Responsibilities

• Create photorealistic 3D renderings and animations of architectural projects, including exterior and interior spaces at a large scale
• Model buildings, landscapes, and other elements using Autodesk 3ds Max or SketchUp
• Set up cameras and compose scenes to highlight key features and perspectives
• Produce high-resolution still images, animations, and panoramas for print collateral, websites, social media, and presentations
• Collaborate with graphic designers and multimedia specialists to integrate 3D visuals into marketing materials
• Refine and iterate on visualizations based on feedback from clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to improve quality and realism

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Computer Graphics, or related field, or proven experience as a 3D Visualizer
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, and V-Ray; highest proficiency expected in 3ds Max
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, scale, proportion, and composition
• Excellent skills in texturing, lighting, and shading to achieve realistic results
• Experience with animation techniques and storytelling principles
• Knowledge of post-production software such as Adobe Photoshop and After Effects
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Portfolio showcasing architectural visualizations and animations demonstrating technical proficiency and creative excellence
