Associate - Analytics Solutions

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in forecasting and analyzing trends in business drivers, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Manage and analyze strategic business inputs and assumptions used in forecasting models.
• Analyze performance and revenue drivers to influence forecasting model choice decisions.
• Support partners on capital stress testing, forecasting, and optimization projects.
• Create executive presentations summarizing forecast results, key issues, risks, and ad-hoc requests.
• Perform quality control and secondary reviews for key deliverables, including CCAR narratives.
• Drive forecast automation and improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

Requirements

• Master in Finance, Economics, CA, CFA, MBA, or PGDBM from a top-tier institute.
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in finance or a related domain.
• Proficiency in SQL, BI tools, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to perform under high stress in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong track record of delivering challenging initiatives using advanced management skillsets.
• Highly collaborative with excellent relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in FP&A, Finance Analytics, finance modeling, or business valuations.
• Ability to work shift timings of 2pm - 11pm IST (subject to business requirements).
