Associate - Analytics Solutions

Responsibilities

• Execute forecasts and analyze trends in business drivers, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Partner with stakeholders to automate processes and systematize data to improve speed and reliability.
• Manage and analyze strategic business inputs and assumptions used in forecasting models.
• Support capital stress testing, forecasting, and optimization projects for various business lines.
• Create executive presentations summarizing forecast results, key risks, and ad-hoc requests.
• Perform quality control and secondary reviews for key deliverables, including CCAR narratives.
• Drive forecast automation initiatives to enhance productivity and alignment with target-state platforms.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, MBA, PGDBM, or professional certification such as CA or CFA.
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in finance or a related domain.
• Proficiency in technical tools including SQL, BI tools, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to perform effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of managing challenging initiatives and building stakeholder rapport.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in FP&A, Finance Analytics, financial modeling, or business valuations.
• Ability to work shift timings of 2pm - 11pm IST.
