Associate, Analytics Consulting

Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality strategic analysis using big data assets to derive actionable recommendations for clients
• Conduct primary qualitative and secondary quantitative research on markets, payers, physicians, and competitive products
• Develop sophisticated predictive models to inform contracting strategies, patient affordability, and brand performance
• Translate complex analyses into insightful conclusions delivered via reports and presentations
• Collaborate with project teams in brainstorming sessions to identify the best approaches for client needs
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and proactively communicate progress and challenges to senior leaders
• Maintain high quality control standards throughout all aspects of project work

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a strong academic record (GPA 3.5/4 or greater)
• Preferred fields include Biology, Economics, Finance, Business, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or related sciences
• Excellent conversational and business English (written and oral)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic SQL skills
• Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills
• Willingness to travel as needed (average <10%)
