Associate Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare client project proposals, including objectives, scope, deliverables, and methodologies
• Oversee project setup through hypothesis testing and data insight gathering
• Develop a fact base by conducting client interviews and analyzing industry, competitive, and environmental data
• Identify solutions and recommendations to drive client performance improvements
• Design and deliver compelling presentations to illustrate findings and strategic ideas
• Build and maintain models and contribute to the creation of intellectual property and standardized offerings
• Surface new insights and produce thought leadership pieces to contribute to practice development

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or Business
• Must complete degree qualification by June 2026
• Excellent analytical abilities and intellectual curiosity
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in professional, academic, or volunteer environments
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse, cross-functional teams
• Professional maturity and a strong work ethic with the ability to adapt to changing business needs
