About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain appropriate target stock levels and review customer forecasts and replenishment plans
  • Enforce contractual terms and conditions to ensure supply chain integrity
  • Prepare, analyze, and present key business metrics and performance trends to management
  • Resolve outstanding issues, errors, and discrepancies through daily action
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain Management and Customer Operations teams to drive productivity and profitability
  • Identify business opportunities, cost savings, and creative solutions to supply chain challenges
  • Participate in assigned test cases and report results to ensure strategic account metrics are met

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Operations Management, or a related Business course
  • 0-2 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or the semiconductor industry
  • Exposure to SAP inventory and warehouse management systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Strong analytical acumen and a problem-solving mindset focused on root cause analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting analysis to management
  • Meticulous organizational skills to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience in a B2B environment
