Associate Analyst, Supply Chain Planning

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain key performance indicators (KPIs) and devise actionable plans to resolve ongoing issues
• Troubleshoot complex planning issues and propose effective solutions
• Develop new supply chain functionalities and business processes to achieve organizational goals
• Improve data analytics, identify data governance methods, and automate tasks to support the analytics group
• Support users with day-to-day questions and system issues while maintaining process documentation

Requirements

• BE/Btech Graduate with 0–1 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with SQL, PLSQL, Tableau, and Basic/Advanced Excel
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• High sense of ownership and ability to drive improvements with global cross-functional teams
• Flexibility to work in different time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Python
• Experience driving improvements using machine learning
